Refund policy

Overview

The return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery of the product. If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Exchanges

Products are only exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange the same item, please email us at info@sisuops.com

 

Returning the Product

Send the return item using your preferred method to the return address you received via email during the return process.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
