We only use postal services for deliveries in our online store. Delivery methods and prices may vary depending on the order, quantity, weight, and dimensions. Shipping prices may also be dynamically retrieved directly from the carriers. Not all delivery options are necessarily available for all products.
You will see the up-to-date delivery cost and available shipping options at checkout. The cost of the selected delivery method is always added to the total amount in the shopping cart. We will ship your order using the delivery method you selected.
The usual delivery time for products is 1–5 business days. We always strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary.
Any exceptional delivery times will always be communicated to the customer separately via email.
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act, starting from the order date, unless otherwise stated.
Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service to notify us of the cancellation and the upcoming return of products. Returns may be made for all or only part of the order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
The seller has the right to partially or fully reduce the value of the product if it has been used, damaged, the original packaging is missing, or the product is otherwise not in the same condition as it was sold to the customer.
We do not charge separate return fees; a justified return is always free of charge.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. For example, an order paid with MobilePay will be refunded via MobilePay. If this is not possible, an alternative refund method will be arranged.
